I give the staff 5 but to get into this place at 3:30am 1. I was so nervous. The door is down a dead-end driveway. For the ambulances, I think. You walk through a metal detector when you walk in and the receptionist is behind a glass window. Its not hospital clean inside the waiting room. I felt safer when I was with the staff. But I had to walk back out to the parking lot by myself. Its lit but its a parking lot by itself.

When I arrived at the ER, the staff was initially very pleasant. While it did take some time before I was seen, I understand that long waits are fairly normal in an emergency room setting. I was there for about five hours total. My concerns began during my visit and continued after discharge. At one point, when my mom got up to use the restroom, staff attempted to hand her the urine sample cup that I was supposed to receive. This was concerning, as it suggested confusion about which patient was in which bed. Additionally, I was unhooked from the heart rate monitor so I could go to the bathroom. After returning to my bed, no one came back to reconnect me to the monitor for at least 25 minutes, which again felt careless—especially in an ER setting where monitoring is important. The biggest issue came after discharge. When I was leaving, the nurse caring for me told me I would be receiving a prescription for pain medication. Since they already had my pharmacy information on file, I reasonably assumed it would be sent directly to the pharmacy. That did not happen. The following day, I called the ER to ask about the prescription. I was transferred between staff members before eventu

Hello My name is Penny , and I visited the emergency room Anaheim Global Medical Center  on September 1st, 2025 where I was in bed five. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional compassion shown by the receptionist and all the nurses on duty during my visit. Their kindness made a challenging situation much more bearable. However, I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with a ER  staff member named Katherine, who was covering during the lunch shift. Her demeanor was quite aggressive, and I found her to be rude, which was disappointing given the otherwise positive interactions I had. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to uphold my rights, which include: 1. Right to Dignity: Patients have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, which means being spoken to in a kind and considerate manner. 2. Right to Compassionate Care Patients are entitled to receive compassionate care, where healthcare providers should show empathy and understanding towards their feelings and needs. 3. Horrible, my son was surrounded by extremely mental patients they free to roam wherever they pleased , my son is 18 and was approached in the bathroom by another patient to smoke Crack and kept touching my son , another patient next to my son had a pencil and kept stabbing himself , I thought it was more secure than this , my son was scheduled to stay 14 days for suicide attempt and I was actually relieved that it was overruled by the officer to leave after 2 , he is dramatized by this place for life . The staff is fine and his nurse was very pleasant.

Had my first surgery done yesterday And what an amazing experience I had. I was very nervous. The nurses are very sweet they kept me company all the time before surgery and after they never left my side. If I needed anything they were always there. The surgery team was amazing they kept telling me jokes and helped me stay relaxed and calm. I’m so great full my first surgery was an amazing experience
